Starting with 30 July 2008, the domains deleted according to the 34 Article, 2nd paragraph of the "Registration Rules" shown at www.rotld.ro,  ".ro Domain Registry" section, will be made available for new registration request according to the "first come, first served" principle.

It will be considered only requests sent online after the name is made available for new registration. ROTLD will not consider any application sent by other ways before the domain is made available to  new registration.
