According to "A new registration system for .ro" announce posted on June 15th 2008 at www.rotld.ro, ROTLD is specifying that the .ro domain name right of use owner only can administrate the domain. The technical contact can administrate it only if the domain holder shall notify the password management (holder's e-mail password), in which case the holder assumes the entire responsibility.
