By using the fax models bellow, it is possible to update some domain data, for the active domain name only.
Excepting the owner name, there is an on-line procedure at www.rotld.ro for the .ro domain data updates.

ROTLD will send an answer to the e-mail requester or to the domain right of use owner fax number and in which may ask for further details and documents.
The fax request will be rejected if it is not according ROTLD rules and procedure or is not clear enough.

• Fax form, domain right of use company's head letter, stamp, the legal representative second name, first name, position and signature;
• ID requester copy;
• Business Registration or Incorporation Certificate (Registration number certificate)  issued by your government.

.ro domain right of use owner modification

A. If the domain right of use is a company and its name has been modified, ROTLD need a document request by fax to +40.213161084. The document will contain the domain right of use company's head letter, stamp, the legal representative second name, first name, position and signature and the bellow other document attachments:

• the document that is attesting the company name modification;
• Legal representative ID copy (the person that is signing the document);
• Business Registration or Incorporation Certificate (Registration number certificate)  issued by your government.

• A marriage certificate copy if the name has been modified or a document that is attesting the person name modification;
• ID domain right of use copy.
