If you want to sign a contract in order to register a .RO domain name, please send us your organization identification information (as you can see in the form below, information neccessary for completing Art. 1 b) and 12). This data will be send using the form from www.rotld.ro - Contact Info.

The ROTLD team will put all these information into the contract, will sign it and will send two copies of the contract to the person you mention. After having signed it, you will be responsible for sending one copy to ICI-ROTLD, at the address mentioned in Art. 1 a), in that moment the contract becomes valid.

The contract will be valid and will have effects from the moment you have made a minimum deposit equal to the amount for 100 name registration, due to the contract agreements.
